Can I get different sizes of scrub tops and pants?
Yes! As they are sold separately, you may choose to order your preferred size.
Do you accept bulk orders?

Do you have stocks on hand?
Yes, our products on-hand are updated regularly on the website.

Payments
What are your accepted modes of payment?
We accept mode of payments via Debit/Credit Cards via Xendit, GCash (eWallet) and Direct Debit for BPI, Union Bank and RCBC.
How will my order be shipped?
Once packed, all orders will be shipped via our local courier partner – J&T Express.
How much is your shipping fee?
We have a standard and fixed rate of ₱200.00 for orders from Luzon, ₱300.00 from Visayas, and ₱400.00 from Mindanao.
Will my shipping fee differ if I ordered by bulk?
Yes. Shipping fee varies depending on the number of orders and is calculated before delivery.
When do I expect my order to arrive?
The arrival of your scrubs will be determined mostly by logistic means of our local courier and partner embroiderers as we do pack your orders immediately. Please expect your order to arrive in around 2-3 weeks’ time.
Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Strict quality check is done to guarantee that our products are in good condition and free of manufacturing defects. However, if a defective item is purchased, you can return it to us within 7 days for exchange and full refund. Aside from manufacturing defects, exchange for a different color, size, or product gender is allowed subject to the availability of the requested product.
To request for return/exchange/refund, kindly email us at customercorner.refaelwear@gmail.com. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Your item will be inspected to determine manufacturing defects and updates will be sent via email. We reserve the right to refuse the return of damaged, worn, or mishandled items. All items that are successfully purchased through our website are considered final transactions. Cancellation is not allowed for whatever reason.

What are your office hours?
Refael office hours are from Mondays to Sundays.
